Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dockhouse Workspaces (“Dockhouse”). By accessing our website or booking a space, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings

Bookings are requests until confirmed by email. We may propose alternatives when your preferred time is unavailable. We reserve the right to refuse bookings that conflict with safety or house rules.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD and may be updated periodically. Payment is due at confirmation. For monthly plans, recurring charges occur on the same day each month unless canceled.

Cancellations & Refunds

Hourly/daily bookings are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the start time. Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days’ notice and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

• Keep noise moderate; use call booths for phone/video calls.
• No hazardous materials or illegal activity.
• Respect shared equipment and return furniture to its original position.
• Do not share access credentials or prop secure doors.

Personal Property

Use lockers for valuables when available. Dockhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items left unattended.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockhouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
